Return and Refund Policy:
At Zanohk Media, we strive to provide the best services to our clients. If there is an issue, we offer refunds subject to the following conditions:
Refunds must be requested at least two weeks prior to the scheduled service date.
Refunds will only be issued if the service has not been rendered.
Refunds will not be provided for any service that has been completed.
Zanohk Media reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with these conditions.
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at hello@zanohkmedia.com. We will process your refund request as soon as possible, and the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note that our refund policy only applies to services purchased directly through our website. For services purchased through third-party providers, please refer to their refund policies.
